Om Sadguru Samata Co-Operative Housing Society Ltd, Registration no. N.B.O.M./CIDCO/HSG/(T.C)/9221/JTR/2021-2022 . Have 4 Buildings and 120 members.
The buildings were constructed by CIDCO in the year 1987. The land and buildings of the society area located at sector-10, Nerul, Navi Mumbai.
The building of the society being are in dilapidated condition. Society and it is in the general body had resolved to go for redevelopment the society in its general body has appointed by Urban Analysis& Solution Consultancy Services as PMC. The structural Audit of the buildings of the society was carried out and were declared in C-1 category.
The process of redevelopment is being carried out smoothly and transparently under the guidance of PMC and all the members are taken in to confidence.

In 2023, recognizing the urgent need for action, Om Sadguru Samata Co-Op Housing Society initiated the redevelopment process. With the support of our dedicated members and visionary leadership, we embarked on a mission to revitalize our community and create a safer, more sustainable living environment for all residents. The decision to pursue redevelopment was not taken lightly, but it was the only viable option to address the structural deficiencies and ensure the long-term viability of our society.
